Interior of St Philip's Church, Torteval
Designed by John Wilson in 1818, the interior of St Philip's is quite simple. The stained glass window above the altar depicts Christ meeting with St Philip ("Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip?" - John 14.9) and was installed in 1958 as a thanksgiving for the liberation of Guernsey.
