This is one of three stationary steam engines on display in the museum. There is a duplex steam winch in the open also.text/html2015-05-01T19:53:13GMThttp://www.geograph.org.je/profile/58898Chris Allen49.224979 -2.106879WV6552 : Pallot Steam, Motor & General Museum - steam engine

'Colonial' steam engine built by Tangye Bros of Birmingham in 1898. The slide valve cylinder is 10" x 15". This is the only engine I've ever seen with an attached bas-relief of Queen Victoria. It is believed this was to celebrate the Queen's Jubilee in 1897. Behind the flywheel is a Belliss & Morcom C-type compound driving a dynamo.text/html2015-05-01T19:24:44GMThttp://www.geograph.org.je/profile/58898Chris Allen49.225060 -2.105642WV6552 : Marshall portable boiler

Durrell Wildlife Park. The location is no more than a good guess. I have quite a few pictures from here but they are all close up shots of animals. If anybody can help with location etc. I would be very grateful.
