These bungalows are built on the route of the old railway line which closed in the 1920s.
Many of the smaller roads in Jersey are designated as "Green Lanes" which carry a speed limit of just 15 mph (24 kph) to encourage walkers and riders.
Surprisingly the very narrow La Petite Sente is not included as the sign shows.
The maximum speed limit on the island is 40 mph.
