GeoGraph - photograph every grid square

More about me

A geographer and cartographer by training. I have always been a keen cyclist and a photographer of the snapshotting variety. Recently retired from my last job of Chief Surveyor for Sustrans for over ten years. Geographing provides the perfect motivation for continuing to travel widely and to get out on my bike to explore new areas. As the country accessible by bike turned red, I have also taken to furthering my geograph activities on foot in the more remote corners of County Durham and Northumberland. Favourite destinations are County Durham, the North Pennines, Northumberland and the whole of the Southern Uplands of Scotland. And every year I journey at least once to some of the more scenic and remote corners of Ireland.

If you really want to know what I look like, the only Geograph in which I actually appear is reproduced below, along with one of my wife who tolerates my geograph-ing with a certain detached amusement.
